Virtual Goods Agreement

Important: Any purchase or top-up of Virtual Goods is final and non‑refundable once credited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Before purchasing or recharging any virtual goods on this application (the "Platform"), please read and fully understand this Agreement. By purchasing, recharging, or using any virtual goods, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definition of Virtual Goods

  1. Virtual goods include but are not limited to virtual coins, gifts, diamonds, points, props, membership privileges, and any other digital items provided by the Platform ("Virtual Goods").
  2. Virtual Goods are limited for use only within the Platform according to relevant rules. They have no real-world monetary or property value and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical items.

2. Purchase and Top-up

  1. Users may purchase or top-up Virtual Goods only through the payment channels designated by the Platform.
  2. Users must ensure that the payment method used is valid and lawful. Any disputes arising from the payment method shall be borne solely by the user.
  3. Once the payment is successful, the Virtual Goods will be instantly credited to the user’s account.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  1. Any purchase or top-up of Virtual Goods on the Platform is final and non‑refundable once credited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. Losses caused by the user (including but not limited to mistaken operations, account loss, or account theft) will not be refunded or compensated by the Platform.
  3. If a transaction is abnormal due to the payment channel or a third-party service provider, the Platform will assist with verification; however, refund success is not guaranteed.

4. Usage Rules

  1. Virtual Goods may only be used for functions and services provided within the Platform and may not be used for any illegal transactions.
  2. Users are prohibited from obtaining or transferring Virtual Goods through unlawful means. Upon discovery, the Platform may take measures including (but not limited to) freezing accounts, reclaiming Virtual Goods, and terminating services.

5. Modification and Termination

  1. The Platform may revise or supplement this Agreement in accordance with operational needs or legal requirements. Changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
  2. If the user does not agree to the revised content, they must immediately stop purchasing and using Virtual Goods.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
  2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
